Khusboo Multimedia Private Limited, incorporated in Kolkata, India, registered office at 62/A Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700001 and Head Office at 71, Daryagunj, Delhi – 110002, carries on the business of broadcasting, telecasting, relaying, transmitting, or distributing content in any manner in India or abroad, and acquiring rights for broadcasting, transmitting, or distributing live news, events, shows, highlights, and other programs.

Presently, the Company is operating the following Channels:

  2. Popular TV: Non-News & Entertainment Channel, All India Languages
  3. Rongeen TV: Non-News & Entertainment Channel, All India Languages
